Lucia's Cafe

This place is fine. I would not say it is the best out there, but it is decent. The food is just right, and the serving size is okay. If there are things we like, they are their Sansrival cake and Mint Lemonade. The place is cozy, but we were just concerned about the flies that sometimes land on our meals. They need to work on that. The food prices are reasonable, but the cakes are on the pricier side. This restaurant accepts credit cards, which is convenient, but they do not accept QR payments like GCash. There is also an available open parking space beside the restaurant.

A bit of wait to be seated for Sunday lunch. This is understandable as it's beside a church. Food also took a bit of time to arrive, but when it finally came I can say it's worth the wait. We had starters, pizza, pasta, entrees, coffee, and dessert. Food taste as expected, they don't skimp on ingredients, serving size is good for per person servings. Price point is good too. Their toilet is huge! They have parking but tends to fill up quickly.

We arrived a few minutes before the cafe opened but they still seated us while we were choosing our orders. And the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. The ambience is also very homey. Their open dining is very pleasant if the weather permits. The outoor dining is also nice, the tables and chairs are made of wood but still maintains comfort. The indoor area as well as the bathroom is very beautiful. Their cr also has a bidet and you won't feel cramped inside which is a big plus. As for the food, it's right for the price. We ordered BBQ ribs, Home-made corned beef, Pancakes, and Iced French Vanilla. It took around 30-40 minutes before the first dish was served, but maybe it's due to us arriving early. We wished the BBQ ribs were more fall off the bone type and that the pancakes had more syrup, but other than that the food tastes great. We actually planned to eat here a couple of days before we dined but we didn't make it due to not reaching the cut-off time. They say they're open until 10pm but their last seating is at 9pm, so take note of this when planning to dine here at night Overall, if you're looking for a place to eat in the area and dining in a cozy environment, I highly suggest Lucia's Cafe!

Quaint little cafe in Lipa. We had a lovely experience and were very pleased with the happy servers, clean and aesthetically pleasinv old charm interior design, and massive slices of delicious cakes! As a tea lover, I am also grateful they served my tea in a pot! Oftentimes I order tea and it comes in a small cup and it's never enough...but Lucia's cafe served it in a pot and I was very happy. ♥️ We will definitely come back again.
